Speaker: Karen Frost

Karen Frost started her career as a Los Angeles Police Officer for 29 years, while raising four children.  In March of 2020 she was told that her children would have to stay home from school which turned out to be close to 2 years!  When Karen found out that school closures had little to do with student wellness came when LAUSD issued a series of demands, including Medi-Cal for all, no more school police and a large donation to BLM, were necessary before teachers would return to the classroom!  Karen co-founded a group called Committee to Support Parental Engagement (CSPE) to bring attention to failing schools, and she worked on several local school board campaigns.

She retired early to tend to a sick child, and she started a Moms for Liberty chapter in Los Angeles County.  Moms for Liberty is a non-partisan group of concerned adults which fight for the return of academic excellence in schools.
